Life Coaching with Don Nelson is a journey that begins with a free trial session where he helps you to discover goals that inspire you and ignite your passion. Then, over the next twelve weeks of the coaching series, Don works with you collaboratively to develope strategies and create actions that will assist you in achieving these goals. Coaching works on many levels, and during this twelve-week process, Don is adept at supporting you through the emotional aspects of change. He helps you become aware of patterns in your life that no longer work, assists you in moving through stuck places, and builds on the insights that emerge during this process so they become the foundation for radical change. Don's skill in these areas comes from his own practices in meditation, yoga, and endurance cycling.
A Life Coach helps you recognize a range of choices and strategies for reaching your goals, and a Life Coach is there to partner with you every step of the way.
